I didn’t come to fitness because I loved my body. I came to it because I didn’t. When I moved to the United States, I was a former family lawyer. Educated. Capable. Responsible.
Before I became a coach, I was a Family Lawyer in Ukraine.
On paper, I was successful.

I was hiding.

I lived in constant stress. Always sick. Always tired.

Divorce happened. I found myself completely on my own, rebuilding my life from scratch in a new country. No safety net. No backup plan. Just my skills, my discipline, and my ability to move forward. I didn’t complain.

I understood that my daughter wouldn’t learn confidence from words.
She would learn it from how I lived.
